I remember so many years ago seeing the verse above for the first time. The Lord brought joy to my soul to realize that I could be led by his Holy Word. That I could trust in those things spoken that have reference not only to the orignial audience, but down through the centuries as well. To be instructed to be one who was constant at thanking God for who he is, and what he has done, and what he will do to magnifiy his name, started a revolution in my wife and I in Christ. Along with a heart of thanksgiving the scripture talks of ordering our lives or converstations aright. I lived so many years not really getting the difference between religious people and the real walk of the Christian. The scripture here teaches what God would do in the one who praises by word and lifestyle.
